PA Contractor Network Call

Hosted by the Energy Efficiency Alliance in partnership with the Building Performance Association and the National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF), these informal, quarterly gatherings feature guest speakers from workforce development, state agencies, and energy efficiency organizations, offering valuable networking, tax incentives, and workforce development resources. In 2025, EEA will host alternating sessions geared towards residential and commercial contractors; April’s session will focus primarily on providing resources to residential contractors.
During our first convening of 2025, we’ll be pulling experts in from across the sector for:
- Updates on key programs, including:
- Home Efficiency Rebates Program (HER)
- Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR)
- Training for Residential Energy Contractors (TREC)
- Opportunities to utilize the PA KEEP Loan program, which offers accessible loans for contractors to implement home energy efficiency upgrades, from the National Energy Improvement Fund
- Demo of Rewiring America’s Savings Calculator tool for contractors to better understand available federal tax incentives
- Impactful state and local policy updates
- Peer-to-peer networking opportunities for folks across the sector
