Performance Systems Development (PSD)
Joe Nunley is the Director of Program Strategy & Design at PSD. In this role Joe supports and directly manages several residential and commercial programs, is responsible for evaluating new program strategies and designs, and has deep experience in program start-up and trade ally relations. Joe has been in the EE field for 15 years.
Prior to joining PSD, he was an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Senior Analyst with UGI Utilities, where he was responsible for managing the commercial and residential natural gas Energy Efficiency and Conservation Programs. Joe was also responsible for emerging technologies, customer satisfaction, and trade ally relations. Joe previously worked as an Energy Efficiency Trade Ally Manager with Puget Sound Energy in Seattle, WA.
Prior to that position, Joe spent eight years as the owner of a Harrisburg, PA energy auditing firm, focusing on Utility Low-Income Weatherization Programs, residential energy audits, and small commercial energy audits. In this capacity, Joe was engaged with KEEA in the early days of the organization in addition to serving on multiple working groups focused on broadening the reach of income-qualified programs in PA. Joe is an Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) Certified Energy Manager (CEM) as well as a Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certified Building Analyst.
