Boosting Building Performance with Benchmarking in New Jersey: How Metrics Help You Manage Outcomes

February 12, 2025, 2 pm

New Jersey’s Clean Energy Act Benchmarking program requires owners of commercial buildings over 25,000 square feet to benchmark energy and water use. Savvy owners know that successfully measuring their building’s performance is a key step towards achieving valuable energy savings and improved tenant satisfaction – but it can be daunting to get started. This webinar will explain: why benchmark? Who has to comply? How do I get help? And, most importantly: what’s the benefit for my building?

Join us to hear from the NJ Benchmarking Program’s implementers to get these answers and prepare to comply with the 2024 requirement. We’ll explain the nuts and bolts of how and why – and explore how benchmarking can lead to utility bill savings for your building!

This webinar is geared towards commercial building owners or operators getting started with benchmarking. Energy efficiency contractors, advocates, and other stakeholders are also welcome to attend.
