Energy efficiency enthusiasts across the Mid-Atlantic joined us on 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 4th for our 2023 Energy Efficiency Day celebration webinar!
KEEA & EEA-NJ took a few minutes to celebrate our 2023 Energy Efficiency Champions. These awards honor outstanding member businesses and public servants who advanced energy efficiency in PA and NJ. Our 2023 champions are:

Then, EEA provided a free, live webinar from Chef Chris Galarza (Forward Dining Solutions) and Energy Program Specialist Garret Strunk (PA DEP) on Cooking in Healthy Electrified Commercial Kitchens. This webinar focused on opportunities and practical solutions for improving kitchen efficiency in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and other parts of the commercial/MUSH sector. In addition to expert advice on electrification and efficiency in any commercial kitchen, presenters shared guidance on accessing the PA DEP CHECK program, which provides kitchen rebates up to $8,500.
